Happy First Birthday Week Grayson: When I picture you….

When I picture you…

- I see you reaching for a ball and saying "ba"

- I see you crawling as fast as you can to the stairs if you see that someone left them open, or the dogs water bowl if I turn my back for a second.

- I see you hanging out in your backward facing car seat laughing at your brothers, or playing with that piano.

- I see you unpacking anything you can reach in the pantry while I cook a meal or clean the kitchen.

- I see your little body start to dance as soon as you hear music and your little mouth drops wide open.

- I see you exploring the bathroom while I shower and get ready in the morning, opening cabinets, shutting doors, chasing the falling water on the shower door, etc.

- I see you in your stroller straining to lean as far forward as it will let you so that you can reach out and grab your silly brothers that are trying to make you laugh.

- I see you at your blue and white high chair eating pretty much anything in front of you.

- I see you signing "milk" and "all done". You picked those up really quick.

- I see you diving into my chest and/or putting your hand in my cleavage (TMI) when you get hungry. It is a bit inappropriate, and I am not sure how I am going to totally wean you. Eesh!

- I see you screaming every. single. time. you get your diaper changed.

- I see you pulling on Mia with all your might and her taking it as patiently as a saint.

- I see you smiling so big as Matthew carries you around the house.

- I see your chubby little arm swung around my neck holding on for dear life.

- I see you nursing and smiling at the same time, dimples in full effect.

- I see you chomping down on my shoulder and neck with those crazy teeth. You keep my bruised!

- I see you putting everything in your mouth. I sure am a lot more forgiving with that than I was with the other two, I think your digestion system is going to be a lot tougher. :-)
